Manage seats and add-ons
How seats are counted and billed on Pro, and how to add reporting, profitability, API access, white label, brands, or higher limits.
Seats and add-ons are the two levers on your bill beyond the plan itself. This article explains both and where to change them.
Seats
- Go to Settings, then Account & billing, then Overview. Seats shows active people against what the plan includes.
- Invite people from Team. Each invite counts a seat at once. Seats are not billed during the trial.
- Archive people you no longer need from Team. Archived users do not count and cannot sign in.
- Extra seats bill at the plan's per-seat price on the next invoice, prorated.

Add-ons
- On the Billing tab, scroll to Add-ons.
- Click Add next to the module. It becomes a line on the same subscription, billed monthly or annually with the plan.
- Remove it from the same panel. The module's data stays; access to its pages ends at the period end.
Add-ons are available on Pro and included in Enterprise.

Annual pricing for add-ons is about 17% lower.
What to check
- Pro includes one brand. Add brands under Settings, then Brands, once the add-on is on the subscription.
- Features currently in beta, such as workflows, campaigns, booking, and the migration hub, do not appear on the price list even when switched on for your workspace.

Questions
When is a seat billed?
Each active, non-archived user beyond the plan's included seats is billed at the per-seat price. Roster changes update the subscription quantity automatically.
Can I buy an add-on my plan already includes?
No. Only add-ons that would add something to your plan are offered. Enterprise includes every add-on, so none appear there.
Can I add add-ons during the trial?
Add-ons are added from the Billing tab once a Pro subscription is active. During the trial the workspace runs Pro as is.
