Each Verbial workspace runs in its own Postgres database with daily snapshots, logical backups, Google-only sign-in, and an audit log. - Export all workspace data as JSON
Take a complete copy of every record in your workspace from Settings, then Account & billing, then Data, and know what is left out. - Delete your workspace
Schedule deletion from Settings, then Account & billing, then Data, understand the 30-day grace period, and cancel if you change your mind. - Turn on two-factor authentication
Add a second step at sign-in using an authenticator app on your phone, save your recovery codes, and know what to do if you lose your phone. - Sign-in methods and two-factor policy
